Our Team

Dr Laura and Dr Katie have been providing healthcare for a combined duration in excess of 30 years. In the clinic we have a shared passion to lead the way in patient-centred, whole-health medical care.

They are both Women’s Health Specialist Doctors. Over the years we have completed further study and qualification in Women’s Health, including with the British Menopause Society and the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine. They bring a wealth of experience in treating medical conditions that affect women.

In terms of menopause and hormone care, they each have a unique set of experiences with their own hormone health, that allows them to truly understand and be compassionate of  your situations.

Together they believe that all women’s healthcare should feature a deeper understanding of hormones, emotional health, gut health and healthy ageing as standard.

They are both registered with the General Medical Council (GMC) – the organisation responsible for ensuring patient safety and setting standards of GP care in the UK.

Dr Laura Clark

Specialist Women’s Health GP and Lifestyle Medicine Doctor.

I have a  specialist interest in women’s health, hormones, and lifestyle medicine — and a deep belief that women deserve more time, better answers, and care that sees the whole picture.

Over the years, I’ve gone on to train further in women’s health, gynaecology, sexual health, and contraception. I’m a member of the British Menopause Society and currently working towards my advanced menopause care certification. I’ve also studied with the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine, because I believe real health improvement comes from blending evidence-based medicine with personalised lifestyle support.

I work both in the NHS and privately, and I bring not just clinical expertise but lived experience of hormone health — so I truly understand how disruptive it can be when you don’t feel like yourself. Too often, I see women who are exhausted, overwhelmed, and have been told “everything’s normal” when it clearly isn’t. My goal is to listen properly, join the dots, and support you with care that actually helps.

I’m also passionate about education. I’ve previously taught medical students as a Clinical Lecturer at Manchester University and am a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. These days, I use that experience to help women understand their bodies, ask better questions, and feel more in control of their health.

If you’re feeling dismissed, unsure, or just want a doctor who takes the time to really get it — you’re in the right place.

Dr Katie Hilton

Specialist Women’s Health GP and Lifestyle Medicine Doctor.

I work  within the NHS and privately, providing care focused on women’s health, contraceptive and menopause services.

I am comitted to provide outstanding women’s health, particularly involving hormone health and menopause, so that women experience holistic, rounded medical care. I am passionate about helping women address the causes of their symptoms too, as well as their wider health concerns. I have seen first-hand the effect poor lifestyle choices and environmental factors have on women’s lives and how this often leads to long-term health problems. I use this  this understanding to encorporate prevention and improvement strategies into the treatment plans I prepare for women I see in clinic.

My goal is to support you with treatment and advice as long as you need it. I aim to support and empower you, educate and help you understand your body. I believe women deserve space and time to be heard and put themselves first, and I am here to help you do just that.
